About Me! Who Am I?

Hey there! I’m Sam Delargy, I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I teach women a simple way of eating so that they can regain confidence and control over their cravings!

I’ve grown up thinking that I had to restrict foods and eat only salads to reach my goals. I have tried more diets than I can count, spent countless hours at the gym trying to ‘burn off’ my indulgences and tried to rely on my willpower alone to get me through the worst of my cravings.
These things only left me feeling more hungry and more disappointed in myself… because they weren’t working. And I blamed myself…

It wasn’t until I stopped obsessing over food and learned that cravings are not emotional. That cravings don’t have to be dealt with willpower alone! Now I feel better than ever and more confident in my food choices and my clothes.
